Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can´t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged and all original tags must be attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
If all of the conditions above are met, please send an email to email@example.com to notify us about your returns. Our team will send you an email back to confirm your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for our return department to process your refund. You’ll be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return your item per our refund policy above. We will gladly refund your item so that the correct item can be ordered if it is in stock.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The refund policy of Beardmuscles lasts until the moment your submission has been posted. If you want to replace your submission with another one, you can send an email to email@example.com.
